Tailoring Training Program

Profugo’s Tailoring Training Program is a 6 month Initiative to train 5 women in three specific areas: 1) Technical Tailoring Skills 2) Spoken English 3) Women Empowerment & Business Training.  Our hope at the end of the 6 month training program is to provide the women with the skill level, experience, and confidence to start a cooperative that provides products to the local region and merchandise to tourists.  Throughout the month of April, we want to take a chance with Kickstarter to help transition our tailoring training program into a cooperative that is fully owned by the women.
