These “Centers of Development” will network with each other and share best-practices, methodologies and statistical (economics and health) data. This open sharing of information will help local authorities and governments make better policy decisions. Better policy decisions will further fuel economic growth in the target communities and improve health/wellness of the population. The feature that will stand-out within mature CODs will be the fact that they will be more than self-sustaining but, profit-generating. There will be knowledge transfer from initial leaders to successive generations that will keep the centers running and progressing at a healthy pace.
